Ito China is a subsidiary of Ito Corporation, a Japan-based multinational company established in 1946. Ito China officially opened in December 2007 with headquarters located in Shenzhen, China. Ito China has business operations in Hong Kong, Shenzhen Shanghai, and Beijing.

       Ito China focuses on precision board assembly and FPD (Flat Panel Display) manufacturing. We are customer-oriented and provide our customers with total solutions including equipment, materials, components, and professional technical support services.

        Our partners include Sony Chemicals and Information Devices, ShinEtsu, Glastic Corporation, Nippon Graphite Industries, Ace Digitech Corporation, Shinagawa Chemicals, Reactive NanoTechnologies, Ohashi Engineering, UI Tech,  Crystal-On, and others.

         Ito has long cooperated with Ohashi to provide our customers with best-of-breed ACF assembly equipment. We are extremely proud of our work with Ohashi to create the fastest ACF assembly lines in the world – capable of manufacturing over 34,000 assemblies per day. Recently we have expanded the relationship to include optical gel assembly lines for contrast-enhancement gels used in display and touch panel assembly.

         UI Tech is another of our partners and through them we provide customers with laser etching equipment used to manufacture touch panels. MicroTek, another Japanese company, is our partner for precision screen printing equipment used in both PCBA and FPD assembly.

          Relying on core technology developed in Japan,  Ito China can provide complete touch panel manufacturing solutions for both resistive  and capacitance touch panel manufacturing. Our line-up includes PET film slitters, PET film annealing machines, PET film laminators, ITO pattering equipment, thick film conductive ink printers/dispensers, ITO etching and  resist strip lines, artwork laminators, line printers, exposure tools,  IR ovens, UV ovens, FPC bonding machines, top and bottom film lamination machines, glass scribers and breakers, glass beveling machines, and glass-film laminators.

        We are also very active in the area of electronic components and materials. Ito China is one of Sony Chemical and Information Devices’  official first-tier ACF distributors in China. We also provide mobile phone screen manufacturing material such as optical contract enhancements gels, antireflective films, antiglare films, black-and-white sticky tape for display module assembly, UV overmolding compounds, thermally conductive interposers, inks for industrial inkjet printers, and ACF repair solvents.

      Working with Nippon Graphite Industries (NGI), Ito China also provides heat seal connectors (HSCs), flexible printed circuits (FPCs), and a wide variety of graphite powders, dispersions, pastes, and inks used in electronics manufacturing. As a partner of Crystal-on, Ito China provides high-quality sapphire wafers to LED Epitaxy manufacturers.

       An example of our move into cutting edge technology can be seen in our work with Reactive NanoTechnologies, an American company with a patented product called NanoFoil which allows soldering at essentially room temperature. This allows a wide range of products to be joined that were once thought to be incompatible, such as ceramic and cobalt, or ITO and copper.
